Childrens Book Review: God Loves Me Bible by Susan Elizabeth Beck

Adult Bibles can be difficult for adults to understand, depending on the translation. Children have an even more difficult time understanding the language of adult Bibles. There are varieties of Bibles and translations geared for toddlers, children, and teenagers which help them better understand Bible stories and Biblical principles. When my children were very young, I gave them the God Loves Me Bible. The God Loves Me Bible is geared for toddlers and very young children. It is written in a Bible story format which makes the stories easier for young children to follow and understand, therefore developing in them a love for reading the Bible which will follow them through adulthood.

The Bible stories are very short with simple language and the illustrations are appealing to young children. The God Loves Me Bible highlights stories from the beginning of the old testament and continues throughout the new testament.
